Q6. Why I cann't recover my file(s) successfully? A: When you get files deleted by accident, you should stop change any file in the drive from which your delete those file. Or new files saved to this drive may overwrite part or all data position of the deleted files, so you cannot get it back via Lumos Data Rescuer.
